Australian Orders

All retail orders are sent from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia via Australia Post using eParcel with regular and express options. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery address. All orders are be processed and dispatched within 2 business days unless notified otherwise.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Regular Post: 3-5 business days
  • Express Post: 1-2 business days

International Orders

International Import Duties

All international packages may be subject to import duties and taxes — these are not included in the price at checkout unless specified otherwise. These fees are charged by your country of import therefore we have no control over them. Hairy Pony is not responsible for any customs or duties fees associated with your order. Please check your local customs website for more information.

 

Important Notice for USA Customers

An import tariff will be automatically included in you order total at checkout. This tariff applies to all shipments to the United States and is necessary to comply with current import regulations. The total amount (including the tariff) will be shown as part of the shipping cost at checkout.

 

Important Notice for UK & EU Customers

For orders shipping to the United Kingdom and Europe valued under $250 AUD, import duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. For orders over $250 AUD, any applicable import duties and taxes will need to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please check your local customs website for more information. 

 

Free Shipping Conditions*

Free standard shipping via Australia Post is available on all Australian orders over $250 AUD.

Please note: The qualifying order value is calculated after any discounts are applied at checkout. 

 

Pre-order Shipping Conditions

Items purchased on pre-order will be dispatched once they arrive in stock. Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page and may vary. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will be shipped together once all items are available. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Holiday & Peak Period Shipping

During peak periods, public holidays, or seasonal closures (including Christmas and New Year), order processing times may be extended.

Any temporary closures or changes to dispatch dates will be clearly communicated on our website at the time of purchase.
